To achieve the physique I have today, training for 18 years (I started with 12), although not practicing intense and correctly from the beginning, I've never been more than 15 days without training in that time. There is no magic! The secret will always be: time and consistency. Do the right things for longer! Fast results usually are not because you do not create sustainable habits for life. So, strive to remain in the plan. People always want the secret exercise, the secret diet or pill. All works are in front of your face. You just have to open your eyes to see. There are no shortcuts or any free passage. All that is good and worth doing takes time and effort. The tip is: be consistent and patient, keep the plan and trust in the process. The changes are slow to appear but they definitely will appear!!! THINK STRONG!!!
