I've had lots of people asking me recently what I am eating and what kind of training regime I follow... and when I answer them they all seem to be disappointed! "So you're not doing anything special or crazy in he gym? You're eating normal food?" They then usually say:"I relay admire you for that, I wished I looked like that." And my answer is always the same:"you can always start if you want to. I have been where you are and although it takes time and patience you can do it as much as I could and can!" Amen to that and now back to my diet and training plan for ? who will be better working his ass off !!!!
